IR Remote control codes should be Open Source.
I recently acquired a pair of Samsung Sound Tower Speakers.
They are reasonable for a set of speakers, but the lack of tactile feedback on the touch control menu made me go a little bonkers. I ordered a remote, but it isn't quite agreeable to use : low power, so the codes are rarely read by the Sound Tower unless I'm very close to the speakers. Yes, I have a new battery.
I contacted Samsung for the codes, but was instructed to buy a new remote. Barely what I wanted, but I cannot blame the customer support personnel for not being given the codes.
Here are the codes that I recorded from a AH59-02733B remote. These codes, as I was told, should be equivalent to AH59-02615E.
