Add applications to Windows 8 Startup

It really was not that difficult, but I was just used to the old method in Windows 3.1 up to Windows 7.

Here is how to add an application to the startup

Windows Key + R :

Then type shell:startup

And voilà ! Add the shortcuts you need.
